I like listening to my inner voice and I’m happy to share with you my international travel diary. You are welcome. 😉
- Thoughts on entrepreneurship, joy, and freedom:
The most successful entrepreneurs never rest on their laurels because they don’t want stagnation. They constantly change things up.
Three things that will bring you joy today: 1) make a vision board; 2) journal; 3) list five things you are grateful for.
A billion likes on social media mean nothing if you don’t like yourself. So, what are you doing to practice self-love today?
When people criticize you unfairly and write negative comments on your work, say this to them, “I’m building something. What are you doing?”
If your dream doesn’t terrify you a little bit, it’s not big enough. If your dream is both terrifying and exciting, you must pursue it!
It’s perfectly okay to take chances, try things out and ask questions. You don’t need to know everything before getting started.
Don’t complain about luck. Real winners make their own luck.
We live in an era of freedom because there are no gatekeepers any more thanks to the Internet. There is no excuse not to do what you desire.
- The truth about fear:
Putting things off only increases fear. Taking action fights fear. The choice is yours.
Fear leads to hesitation which causes the worst fear to come true. Find a way to make fear a friend of yours. Allow your fear to teach you something useful.
Life isn’t really about finding yourself. Life is actually about creating yourself. Your values are the qualifies of the person that you want to become.
If you make no’s habitual, you have more space for yes’s and the right opportunities. Just say no to things that you don’t want to do today!
Three things that are hidden trauma responses: 1) perfectionism; 2) overwork; 3) never saying no.
When you follow your flow, you experience unbelievable ease at work as well as tremendous creativity.
Other people’s opinions and expectations of you have nothing to do with who you really are.
If you want to dream big and fly, you have to let go of things that weigh you down and keep you small.
What do you feel like doing today? Find a way to honor that right now.
Pay yourself first with your money, time, and energy. Have as much rest as you need because rest is actually a growth strategy.
When you invest your time, you get results. But when you spend your time, you don’t get your time back. Time is your most valuable asset in life.
Your friends should want to see you succeed. Your friends should clap loudly when you win. If not, you need new friends, real friends.
Without personal development, the revenue peak won’t be sustainable. What are you investing in your personal development this year?
Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what energizes you and do that. The world needs people who are energetic and empowered.
Many people are talking about work/life balance, but I focus less on balance and more on boundaries.
The time to build connections with other people is not when you need something. You have to dig the well before you are thirsty.
The feedback you give actually says more about you than the feedback you receive. You can choose to listen to what matters more.
Focus is the fuel of creation. Instead of keeping a to-do list, you may have a schedule that prioritizes focus.
Your network is your net worth. Your high-value network has to be transformational, not transactional.
The most important principle of time management is to stop counting hours and focus on results. This will transform the way you look at productivity.
Three questions to ask yourself when deciding what to do: 1) Do I love doing this? 2) Is this something that I’m very good at? 3) Will this bring me revenue?
